I took a few moments out of a weekend to do a portrait shoot of my dog Huxley. Seems I had the shutter speed set a little too slowly for this shot, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share this stunning gaze. Enjoy the full set.
No photography goes unrewarded! All these shots were taken with my Canon 24-105, using one flash/umbrella and available light. Next time I'll use two flashes for added fill (I had to go and buy a dark-coloured dog) and position myself to better take advantage of the available light.
